   Blockchain in its wake has cause a great impact in the world with its decentralized feature. With this decentralized feature, users are able to claim ownership with each transaction/process made on the Blockchain. Dencity provides extra security, confidentiality, and transparency for its users.
   A hybrid model is employed and this requires the signatures/consent of both the registry and the owner to unlock. Transactions cannot be processed without these parties approval.
